*CTS Profile Grievance Module on SIDH*

The complete profile grievance module for CTS trainees (from admission year 2022- two-year trade) is live on the SIDH. To streamline the grievance resolution on SIDH, the grievance types have been categorized as A and B.

*Category A* : Corrections in trainee name, DoB, Photograph and Gender
*Category B* : Corrections in trainee Father Name, Mother Name, Caste Category

Category A grievances will be closed with the approval/rejection of the DGT. (trainee-Nodal ITI-State-DGT)

Category B grievances will be closed with the approval/rejection of the State. (trainee-Nodal ITI-State)

A trainee will not be permitted to raise further grievances in a particular field if two of their previous grievances in that field have already been approved.

For Aadhar trainees, category A grievances will not be available. Corrections in fields of category A for aadhar trainees will be resolved with re-ekyc.
