Our primary goal is to equip rural youth with practical, industry-relevant skills that lead to both employment and self-employment opportunities. We aim to align training with local and emerging industries by introducing trades in digital marketing, solar installation, agro-processing, and e-commerce. Emphasis is placed on entrepreneurship through workshops on government schemes, business setup, and online selling. By building strong industry linkages, we offer apprenticeships and hands-on experience to bridge the gap between training and employment. We also focus on soft skills, digital literacy, and real-world applications to enhance overall employability. Our approach ensures that trainees are not just job-seekers, but job creators who contribute to the development of their communities.
